TRANSACTION IN OWN SHARES
Phoenix Digital Assets PLC (AQSE: PNIX) announces that, pursuant to the share buyback programme (the "Programme") announced on 12 August 2024, it acquired the following number of ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") through Dowgate Capital.

Notification of total voting rights in accordance with paragraph 5.6.1 of the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules
The purchased Ordinary Shares will be held in treasury by the Company. Following this purchase, the issued share capital of the Company is 460,875,000 Ordinary Shares, each share carrying the right to one vote, of which 16,442,901are held in treasury. For reporting purposes under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules the market should exclude any shares held in treasury and should use the figure 444,432,099 when determining if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company. The Company will make further announcements in due course following the completion of any further purchases pursuant to the Programme.
