Penna Consulting plc (PNA:AIM), the international human resources consulting group, announces that:
Further to the statement made on 27th September 2012 at the Company's AGM concerning the retirement of Richard Stillwell from the Board of the Company, Penna is pleased to announce the appointment of Graham Paton (age 43) as non-executive director of the Company effective from 1 November 2012. Graham has extensive experience within the human resources sector and was a co-founder and, until recently, a Managing Director at the independent corporate finance advisory firm Hawkpoint Partners Limited. Graham does not currently hold any other directorships.
