Treasury Shares
Penna Consulting, the international human resources consulting group, announces that on 31 March 2014, the Company re-issued 8,910 ordinary shares which were held as treasury shares to satisfy the exercise of options.
Following the re-issue, the total number of ordinary shares held as treasury shares is 324,090 Ordinary 5p shares and the Company has a total of 25,751,014 Ordinary 5p shares in issue (excluding shares held in Treasury).
