AGM Statement

Penna Consulting plc (PNA:AIM), the international human resources consulting group, announces that at today's Annual General Meeting the Chairman, Mr Stephen Rowlinson, will make the following statement:

"At the end of July we issued a trading statement announcing that in Q1 we had seen substantial advances in revenue and profits before tax compared to the previous year and that the results for that period materially exceeded management expectations.

I am very pleased to confirm that the enhanced level of trading has continued in July and August and that in the five months to August 2014 net revenue was 23% higher than last year and profits before tax were 80% higher.

The Penna team are to be congratulated on a continuing outstanding performance."
