Share Option Grants
The Company announces that on 29th March 2010, it granted options to Directors and employees over a total of 195,000 Ordinary shares of 5 pence each. The following Directors of the Company were granted options as detailed below:

The options are subject to the achievement of performance criteria as determined by the Remuneration Committee, and as required under the rules of the Company's Share Option Scheme. The options granted on the 29th March 2010 are normally only exercisable if the average of the pre-tax, pre-exceptional earnings per share of the Group for each of the three years ending 31st December 2010, 31st December 2011 and 31st December 2012 exceed 44.71p being 113% of the pre-tax, pre-exceptional earnings per share figure for the year ended 31st December 2009.
