Confirmation of Director Appointment

Portmeirion Group PLC, the global homeware brands group, confirms that further to its announcement on 6 May 2026 regarding the appointment of Michael Scheepers as CEO, the required Nomad due diligence has now been satisfactorily completed and accordingly Michael Scheepers has joined the Board with immediate effect.

Further information in accordance with Rule 17 and paragraph (g) of Schedule Two of the AIM Rules for Companies (the "AIM Rules") is set out at the end of this announcement.

Save for the information set out above and below, there are no further disclosures to be made in accordance with Rule 17, Schedule Two (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies in respect of the appointment to the Board of Michael Frans Scheepers, aged 47. Michael does not currently hold an interest in the Company's share capital.
