PREMIER OIL PLC(the "Company", "Premier")

Listing Application

Application has been made by the Company to the Financial Conduct Authority and the London Stock Exchange for a total of 4,500,000 Ordinary Shares of 12.5p each (the "Shares") to be admitted to the Official List.

Admission of the Shares is expected to take place on 13 March 2019.

The Shares will be issued to the Trustee of the Premier Oil plc Employee Benefit Trust to satisfy current and future obligations under the Company's 2009 and 2017 Long Term Incentive Plans.

The Shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares.
