Premier Miton Group plc (AIM: PMI) announces that the trustee of the Company's Share Incentive Plan operating through Global Shares Trustees (UK) Limited, a UK registered company, acquired ordinary shares of 0.02 pence each ('Ordinary Shares') at a cost of 75.0 pence per Ordinary Share for the Company's Share Incentive Plan ('Plan'). The purchases were made on the open market today, 23 August 2024.
