Directorate Changes
Further to the Company's announcement this morning, the Company is pleased to confirm the appointment of Piers Godfrey Harrison as finance director and Katrina Harriet Hart as a non-executive director. The Company also confirms the resignation of both Luke Anton Wiseman and Neil Macpherson from the board of the Company. All appointments and resignations will take effect from the date of this announcement.
In connection with the new appointments and pursuant to AIM Rule 17 and the Schedule 2(g) disclosures, the Company confirms the details set out below.
