Exercise of Options
The Board of Parkmead announces that, pursuant to the the exercise of options under the Company's share option schemes, 4,465,925 new ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the Company have been issued and allotted.
Accordingly, application has been made for the 4,465,925 new ordinary shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and it is expected that admission will take place on 14 February 2011.
The new ordinary shares will rank pari passu with the existing shares of the Company. Following admission, the total issued share capital of the Company will be 608,101,823 ordinary shares.
The figure of 608,101,823 ordinary shares may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest, or any change to their interest, in the Company under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
