Temporary Management Changes

PME African Infrastructure Opportunities plc, an investment company established to invest in sub-Saharan African infrastructure and infrastructure related industries, has been informed by the Investment Manager, PME Infrastructure Managers Limited ("PMEIM"), that Brian Smith, joint chairman of PMEIM, is on a temporary basis discharging the responsibilities of Richard Bouma as Chief Executive, who remains available to the Investment Manager in relation to investment matters. The Investment Manager has informed the board of PME that these arrangements will not have an impact on the level of investment management services to be provided to the Group.
