Buy-back of shares
PME African Infrastructure Opportunities plc, an investment company established to invest in sub-Saharan African infrastructure and infrastructure related industries, announces that on 17 May 2010 it purchased 250,000 ordinary shares of USD0.01 each in the Company ("Shares") at a price of USD 0.66 per Share.
The Shares purchased by the Company will be held in treasury. Following the buy-back, the Company's share capital consists of 151,274,752 Shares, of which 250,000 Shares are held in treasury. Therefore the total number of voting rights in the Company is 151,024,752.
