Director Dealing
The Company has been notified that, on 25 September 2009, Larry Kearns, a non-executive director of the Company, acquired 100,000 ordinary shares at a price of 60c per share, representing 0.07 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital. This is Mr Kearns' total beneficial interest in the Company.

- PME African Infrastructure Opportunities plc ('PME') is a company investing in sub-Saharan African infrastructure and infrastructure related industries. Its shares were admitted to AIM in July 2007 raising US$180 million.
- PME was established to invest in sub-Saharan African infrastructure and infrastructure related industries with a view to generating attractive returns, principally through capital growth.
