PULSAR HELIUM ANNOUNCES DIRECTOR/PDMR SHAREHOLDING
Pulsar Helium Inc. (AIM: PLSR, TSXV: PLSR, OTCQB: PSRHF) ("Pulsar" or the "Company") was notified of an acquisition of common shares in the Company ("Common Shares") on June 3, 2026, totaling 393,235 Common Shares by University Bancorp Inc. ("University"), a company of which Stephen Lange Ranzini, a Director of the Company, is a Director, President and CEO (the "Acquisition").
University advises that following the Acquisition, University exercises control or direction over, directly or indirectly, 9,428,670 Common Shares, representing 4.99% of the Company's issued and outstanding Common Shares.
