30 May 2014 PipeHawk plc ("PipeHawk" or the "Company") Director Holding On 9 April 2008, the Company announced that Randal MacDonnell, Non-executiveDirector of the Company, held 929,216 ordinary shares of 1p each ("OrdinaryShares") in the Company. Due to an administrative error, this number did notinclude a further 15,000 Ordinary Shares which Mr MacDonnell had purchased on20 December 2007 at a price of 9.75p per Ordinary Share, meaning his personalholding was 944,216 Ordinary Shares. Additionally, Mr MacDonnell's wife holds 87,220 Ordinary Shares in the Companywhich were inadvertently not disclosed when he was appointed to the board inFebruary 2006.
