First Dividend Declaration

The Board of Pantheon Infrastructure Plc (the "Company"), the listed global infrastructure fund, is pleased to announce that it has declared the first interim dividend of 2.1 pence per Ordinary Share for the year ending 31 December 2024 (the "First Dividend"). 

The First Dividend will be paid on 25 October 2024 to Ordinary Shareholders on the register at the close of business on 4 October 2024 (being the record date for these purposes). The Ordinary Shares will be marked ex-dividend on 3 October 2024.

In keeping with the Company's stated intention at IPO to offer shareholders a progressive dividend policy, the Company is targeting a dividend of 4.2p per share for the year ending 31 December 2024, an increase of 5% on the prior financial year.
