Transaction in own shares
PIP announces that on 4 May 2022, the Company purchased 131,360 ordinary shares of 6.7p (the "Ordinary Shares") at a price of £2.981985 pence per Ordinary Share to be held in Treasury.
Total Voting Rights
Following the share buyback, the Company's issued Ordinary Share capital consists of 540,894,470 Ordinary Shares, of which 2,972,330 shares are held in Treasury. Therefore, the total number of Ordinary Shares with voting rights in the Company is 537,922,140 Ordinary Shares. Each share has one voting right.
