Pantheon International Plc announces that on 26 April 2024 it purchased the following number of its ordinary shares of 6.7 pence each ("Shares") on the London Stock Exchange through Investec Bank plc.

The Company intends to cancel the purchased Shares.

A buyback of Ordinary Shares by the Company on any trading day may represent a significant proportion of the daily trading volume in the Ordinary Shares on the Exchange.
