29 March 2005Pantheon International Participations PLCFurther to the announcement of 9 March 2005 the board of Pantheon InternationalParticipations PLC (the "Company") is pleased to announce that commitments tosubscribe GBP 87,529,292 (before expenses) have been obtained in the recentPlacing of new redeemable shares (the "Shares") in the Company.These subscription commitments have been accepted in full and the Company hasaccordingly allotted, subject to and conditionally on Admission to the OfficialList of the UKLA and to trading on the London Stock Exchange becomingeffective, 15,160,000 Shares at a subscription price of 577.37p per share.Admission is expected to take place and dealings in the Shares on the LondonStock Exchange are expected to commence on Wednesday 30 March 2005.
