Plant Impact PLC28 March 2007 28 March 2007 PLANT IMPACT PLC Finance Director appointment The Board of Plant Impact plc (the "Company") is pleased to announce that MrMichael Panteli ACMA, age 47, has been appointed as full-time Finance Director,with effect from 14 May 2007. Mr Panteli joins from Intercytex Group plc, wherehe served as Financial Controller. During his six years at Intercytex, he wasa key member of the finance and management teams overseeing the development ofIntercytex from a venture capital backed biotechnology company through its toadmission to trading on AIM. Prior to Intercytex, he served as FinancialDirector of Telescope Technologies Limited, a manufacturer of large telescopes. Mr Panteli replaces Mr. Gordon Harman, who indicated, at the time of theadmission of the Company to trading on AIM in October 2006 ("Admission"), thathe wished to step down from the role of part-time Finance Director by mid-2007.The Board would like to thank him for his assistance in guiding the Companythrough two rounds of pre-IPO finance and Admission. Mr Harman will remain onthe board as a non-executive director. Mr Panteli has no other directorships and the Company confirms that no otherdetails are required to be disclosed in respect of Mr Panteli under paragraph(g) of Schedule 2 of the AIM Rules.
