PLANT IMPACT ANNOUNCE NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR RETIREMENT
The Board of Plant Impact would like to announce that Gordon Harman retired from his position as Non-Executive Director on 30 January 2009 in order to pursue other interests. This was planned and as a result of the Company appointing two new industry Non-Executive Directors in October 2008.
Commenting on the decision, Peter Blezard, CEO of Plant Impact said: 'On behalf of the Board and our shareholders, I would like to thank Gordon for the effective way in which he has assisted the Company over the last 3 years in his roles as part time Finance Director between January 2006 and May 2007 and more recently as a Non-Executive Director. We are delighted to have had him on the Board, and wish him every success in his future pursuits.'
