Director's Dealing

Plant Impact announces that it has received notification that Mr John Brubaker, the Company's Chief Executive Officer, purchased 14,000 ordinary shares with a nominal value of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 56 pence per share on 5 January 2016.

As a result of this transaction Mr Brubaker, is now interested in a total of 660,000 Ordinary Shares, with voting rights in Plant Impact, which represents 0.81% of Plant Impact's issued ordinary share capital.
