The Company announces that, on 26 June 2013, it received notification that on 21 June 2013, Mr Derek Porter, a non-executive director of the Company, purchased 10,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of £1.50 per Ordinary Share.
Following this transaction, Mr Porter is now beneficially interested in 101,305 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.46 per cent. of the Company's current issued share capital.
