DIRECTOR'S DEALING

The Company announces that, on 26 March 2015, London & Scottish Investments Limited ("LSIL") acquired 100,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of £1.27 per Ordinary Share.

Barrie Clapham, Chairman of the Company, and Mr Derek Porter, Non-Executive Director, are both directors of LSIL. Barrie Clapham is also a shareholder of LSIL, holding 94% of the issued share capital.
