The following amendments have been made to the 'Director/PDMR Shareholding' announcement released on 15 January 2016 at 7.00 am under RNS No 9537L.

The balance number of shares in Produce Acquisitions should have read "1,082,982" and not "1,513,938"

The words "of which he owns one third of the membership interests" have been replaced with "in which he was a member and held the beneficial interest in those shares"

All other details remain unchanged.

Director Dealing

The Company announces that, on 14 January 2016, it received notification that on 14 January 2016, Michael Jankowski, a non-executive director of the Company, transferred 756,969 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") out of Produce Acquisitions, a limited liability partnership in which he was a member and held the beneficial interest in those shares, into his own name (the "Transfer"). The balance of 1,082,982 Ordinary Shares held by Produce Acquisitions are being transferred to the other owners and the partnership is being dissolved.

Following the Transfer, Mr Jankowski beneficial holding remains unchanged at 757,969 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 2.83 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
