24 April 2017- Produce Investments plc (AIM: PIL), a leading operator in the fresh potato and daffodil sectors, discloses that Neil Davidson, Chairman of the Group, on Monday 24 April 2017, purchased 10,000 Ordinary Shares in the Group at a price of 194.5p per share.

Following the purchase, Mr Davidson has an interest of 45,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.17% of the Company's issued share capital.
