NOTIFICATION OF MAJOR INTEREST IN SHARES

LONDON, June 14 2013- PIK Group ("PIK" or "the Company"), a leading Russian residential developer, announces that it has been informed by Otkritie Securities Limited ("Otkritie") that Otkritie is the owner of 11.4059% of Company's issued share capital.

Based on the information provided by Otkritie, a proportion of these shares was purchased on behalf of Investment Group Nafta Moskva ("Nafta Moskva").

Based on the information available to the Company, its shareholder structure as of June, 14 is as follows:
