In accordance with the FSA Disclosure and Transparency Rules, PHSC plc announces that its issued share capital consists of 10,681,973 ordinary shares of 10p each with voting rights.

No ordinary shares are held in treasury.

The above figure of 10,681,973 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interests in, or a change to their interest in, PHSC plc under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
