Director’s Shareholding

PHSC plc, a leading provider of health, safety, hygiene and environmental consultancy services and security solutions to the public and private sectors, announces that Stephen King, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, today purchased 332,049 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company (“Ordinary Shares”). The transaction was effected at a price of 17.02p pence per share via his SIPP account. Simultaneously, Mr King also disposed of 332,049 Ordinary Shares in the Company, held in a personal capacity, at a price of 17.00p pence per share.

Following this transaction, Mr King's interest in the Company remains at 3,115,000 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to 21.22 per cent. of the issued share capital in the Company.
