Potential Acquisition and Statement re Suspension
The Directors of the Company have noted the rise in the Company's share price today. The Company announces that it is at an advanced stage of discussions which may or may not lead to the acquisition of a company which would constitute a reverse takeover in accordance with AIM Rule 14.
Accordingly, the Company has requested the suspension of trading in its shares on AIM with immediate effect, pending the publication of an AIM Admission Document or the announcement that the discussions have been terminated. A further announcement will be made in due course.
