Three Year contract with a Global Financial Institution
PROACTIS Holdings PLC ("PROACTIS", the "Group" or the "Company"), a global Spend Control and eProcurement solution provider, today announces a further order against an initial three year contract with a global financial institution which brings the institution's total investment in PROACTIS' software and consultancy to over $2million.
The initial three year contract for PROACTIS' cloud based procurement software solutions commenced in 2011. The total contract value has since increased through upsell orders for additional software capability and access to PROACTIS' procurement consultancy expertise to extend the organisation's Spend Control processes and increase levels of spend under management through increased user numbers and categories of spend.
