PLANT HEALTH CARE BOOSTS MANAGEMENT TEAM

Plant Health Care (AIM: PHC.L), a leading provider of natural products to the agriculture and landscape industries, announces the appointment of Greg Warren as its Chief Operating Officer, Cheryl Eberle as Managing Director of its US Horticulture & Turf Division and Daryl Nelson as Corporate Controller. 

In his capacity as COO, Greg will be responsible for all areas of Plant Health Care's agriculture operations, horticulture and turf, reclamation and technical services. 

Prior to joining Plant Health Care, Greg was Vice President and General Manager of Chemtura Corporation's North America crop protection business where he was responsible for marketing, sales, research & development and business development.

Cheryl will be replacing Michael Kubinec as the head of Plant Health Care's US Horticulture and Turf operation. Michael has been promoted to work in the area of corporate business development. 

Cheryl was most recently general manager of the Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania Shemin Nurseries. Her responsibilities at Shemin included complete P&L responsibility for branch operations as well as direct supervision over all sales and marketing activities. 

Daryl has over 15 years of financial and operational experience with a number of major companies in the Pittsburgh area including Allegheny Technologies and Calgon Carbon, and most recently Hydrogen LLC. Daryl is a CPA with strong experience in the areas of public reporting and compliance and has implemented Sarbanes Oxley initiatives at all three of these companies. Daryl has also been successfully involved in a number of operational areas including supply chain and logistics.
