("Plant Health Care" or the "Company")
Grant of options
The Company announces that on 25 May 2018 options over a total of 2,327,642 ordinary shares of 1p each were granted to Dr Christopher Richards, Executive Chairman and Interim CEO of the Company, and Dr Richard Webb, Executive Director of the Company. The option grants have been made under the Plant Health Care plc 2017 Employee Share Option Plan.
Dr Richards has been granted a total of 1,860,104 options over ordinary shares as follows:
· 369,557 options over ordinary shares which have an exercise price of 25p, a 10 year life and are not subject to performance conditions;
· 369,557 options over ordinary shares which have an exercise price of 40p, a 10 year life and are not subject to performance conditions;
· 123,186 options over ordinary shares which have an exercise price of 40p, a 10 year life and are subject to performance conditions; and
· 997,804 options over ordinary shares which have an exercise price of 50p, a 10 year life and are subject to performance conditions.
Following these grants, Dr Richards will hold options over a total of 3,363,777 ordinary shares.
Dr Webb has been granted 467,538 options over ordinary shares which have an exercise price of 24p, a 10 year life and are subject to performance conditions. Following this grant, Dr Webb will hold options over a total of 2,073,727 ordinary shares.
