Plant Health Care (AIM / CISX: PHC.L), a leading provider of novel patent protected biological products to the global agriculture markets, was notified on 30 April 2013 that on 30 April 2013, Dr Christopher Richards, Chairman of the Company, purchased 56,500 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company at a price of 88p per share.
