Total Voting Rights - MONTH-END DISCLOSURE
Plant Health Care plc confirms that, on 30 June 2008, its capital consisted of 44,851,798
ordinary shares of 1p each ('Ordinary Shares'), all with voting rights. No shares were held in treasury at the date of this announcement. The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 44,851,798.
The above figure (44,851,798 Ordinary Shares) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
