DIRECTORS' INTERESTS/ GRANT OF AWARD UNDER 2007 LONG TERM INCENTIVE PLAN
Following a decision of the Company's Remuneration Committee, the Company has granted 50,000 Ordinary Shares to John Brady, Chief Executive, under the Company's 2007 Long Term Incentive Plan.
The shares will vest, subject to the satisfaction of certain objective performance conditions, after the final results for the year 2010 are announced in 2011.
Following the above-mentioned grant, John Brady's interest in the ordinary share capital of the Company is as shown below:
