Plant Health Care PLC24 October 2007 PLANT HEALTH CARE PLC (THE "COMPANY") STOCK AWARD The Company announces that it has granted 100,000 ordinary shares of theCompany, under the Company's 2007 Long Term Incentive Plan ("LTIP") to StephenWeaver, Chief Financial Officer. The ordinary shares may be earned in three equal tranches, subject to the satisfaction of certain objective performance conditions in 2007, 2008 and 2009.The shares earned will be held by the Company until the third anniversary of thedate on which Stephen Weaver became employed by the Company (viz. 23 May 2010),at which time the earned shares shall become fully vested. This LTIP award to Mr Weaver became effective on 16 October 2007. Mr Weaver is not currently appointed to the PHC board and has no other interestin the issued share capital of the Company.
