Director's Shareholding
Plant Health Care (AIM: PHC.L), a leading provider of novel patent-protected biological products to the global agriculture markets, was notified on 01 October 2014 that:
on 29 September 2014, Dr Christopher Richards, Chairman of the Company, purchased 5,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company at a price of 70p per share.
and that, on 30 September 2014, Dr. Richards purchased a further 9,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company at a price of 70p per share.
Following the above-mentioned transactions, Dr. Richards' beneficial interest in the Company's shares is as shown below:
