Plant Health Care® (AIM: PHC.L), a leading provider of novel patent-protected biological products to global agricultural markets, announces that it has been notified that Dr Christopher Richards, Chairman of the Company, purchased 641,000 ordinary shares in the Company on 24 November 2023.
Following this transaction Dr Richards and persons closely associated with him are now interested in 4,926,527 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 1.44 percent of Company total issued share capital.
