In accordance with the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, Pharos advises that:

As at 30 April 2025, the Company's issued share capital consisted of 424,746,203 ordinary shares of £0.05. The Company holds 9,122,268 shares in Treasury.

The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 415,623,935. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
