The Company was notified on 8 April 2013 that on the same day, Mr Antony Maris, a PDMR in the Company, bought 3,057 SOCO International plc ordinary shares of £0.05 each ("Shares") at a purchase price of £3.7454 per Share.

Following this transaction, which represents 0.001% of the issued share capital of the Company, Mr Maris holds 8,601 Shares, representing 0.003% of the issued share capital of the Company.
