Director/PDMR Shareholding
The Company was notified on 13 March that, on the same day, Rui de Sousa, Chairman of the SOCO Board of Directors, transferred for nil consideration, 469,752 SOCO International plc ordinary shares of £0.05 each ("Shares") which had been held by Mr de Sousa personally, to Palamos Limited, which is a Closely Associated Person to Rui de Sousa.
As a result of this transaction, Rui de Sousa's interests in the voting rights of the Company are unchanged and he continues to be interested in a total of of 9,178,572 Shares, representing 2.77% of the issued share capital of the Company (excluding Shares held in treasury), all of which are held by Palamos Limited, a Closely Associated Person to Rui de Sousa.
