Personal Group Holdings PLC24 February 2005 24 February 2005 PERSONAL GROUP HOLDINGS PLC Second interim dividend The Directors of Personal Group Holdings Plc ("Personal Group"), the employeebenefits provider, are pleased to report that company performance for the yearended 31 December 2004 is in line with market expectations and announce that asecond interim dividend of 5.25p per share (2003: 5.00p), in respect of the yearended 31 December 2004, will be paid on 24 March 2005 to members on the registeron 4 March 2005. Shares will be marked ex-dividend on 2 March 2005. In the absence of unforeseencircumstances, the directors expect to recommend a final dividend in respect ofthe year ended 31 December 2004 for approval at the Annual General Meeting to beheld on 26 April 2005.
