PERSONAL GROUP HOLDINGS PLC ('the Company')
GRANT OF OPTIONS
The Company operates an unapproved share option scheme which allows certain directors the opportunity to purchase ordinary shares in the Company currently held by Personal Group Trustees Limited.
On 30 March 2011 the following unapproved options were granted as follows:-
