Director / PDMR Shareholding
Personal Group Holdings Plc (AIM: PGH), the workforce benefits and health insurance provider, has been notified that Ciaran Astin has, on 12 November 2024, purchased 444 shares in the Company via a dividend reinvestment at a price of 198.89p per share. Following this transaction, Ciaran Astin holds a total of 13,883 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.044% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
As part of the declaration, it was discovered that there had also been a previous dividend reinvestment in line with the dividend received in May 2024 which had, on the 13 May 2024, led to the purchase of 439 shares in the Company at a price of 171.17p per share.
