The Company has been informed by Mike Dugdale, Chief Financial Officer, that he has purchased, on 30 March 2017, 4,686 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company at a price of £3.25 per share.
Following this transaction, Mike Dugdale has an interest in 64,728 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company, including his partner's holding of 6,699 shares, representing in aggregate 0.210% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
