AGM Notification

Personal Group Holdings Plc (AIM: PGH), the digitally-enabled employee benefits and services provider, announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2020 together with a Notice of Annual General Meeting and Form of Proxy were posted to shareholders on Wednesday 7 April 2021. These documents are available to view on the Company's investor relations website at https://www.personalgroup.com/why-invest/results-centre in accordance with AIM Rule 20.

The Company's Annual General Meeting will be held at 2:00pm on Wednesday 5 May 2021 at John Ormond House, 899 Silbury Boulevard, Milton Keynes, MK9 3XL.

As a result of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic and the measures that the UK Government has put in place restricting public gatherings and non-essential travel and for the health and safety of our shareholders, employees, advisers and the general public, the Annual General Meeting this year will be a closed meeting and shareholders will not be able to attend in person. The Company will continue to monitor the restrictions in place in response to COVID-19 and, if circumstances change, an update will be given on the Company's website and an announcement will be made via a Regulatory Information Service. Given these restrictions in place all shareholders are strongly encouraged to vote by proxy.

The Board recognises the importance of communication with its shareholders at the AGM. Accordingly, any shareholders who wish to ask questions, relating to the business of the AGM, are requested to do so in advance of the meeting by emailing agm@personalgroup.com before 2:00pm on 3 May 2021. Answers to questions will be provided directly and made available to view on the Company's website as appropriate following the AGM.
