CLN Maturity Date
Following a review of documentation, Pathfinder advises that its 3 April 2020 announcement regarding the issue of £175,000 Convertible Loan Notes ("CLN") noted a maturity date of 1 December 2020, which should have been stated as 11 November 2020.
As noted in the Company's announcement on 19 October 2020, the outstanding CLN principal is £77,000, and the amended interest due to 11 November 2020 is £4,556.
