Pathfinder Minerals Plc

("Pathfinder Minerals" or the "Company")

Director's Share Purchase

Pathfinder Minerals has been advised by Nicholas Trew, the Company's Chief Executive Officer, that, through his private pension scheme, he has this morning purchased 1,250,000 ordinary shares of 1 penny each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at a price of 0.8 pence per Ordinary Share.

As a result of this purchase, Mr Trew's total interest in the shares of Pathfinder Minerals is now 93,925,753 Ordinary Shares (including 6,883,333 Ordinary Shares registered in the name of Hornbuckle Mitchell Trustees Limited and Nicholas Trew as trustees of Mr Trew's private pension scheme), equivalent to 9.06 per cent. of the total issued share capital.
