Share Interests of director
The Company was notified today of the following dealing in Premier Foods plc ordinary shares of 10p each ("Shares").
Charles Miller Smith (non-executive director) entered into a contract for difference over 15,000 Shares at a price of 46.75 pence per Share on 19 May 2015. Following the transaction Charles Miller Smith's total interest in Shares, held in the form of contracts for difference, are as follows:
